双芯变极性TIG焊电源控制系统及其功能分配

摘要 数字化变极性TIG焊接电源是一种特殊的交流方波焊接设备,它利用数字系统的实时控制功能,使输出电流的频率、DCEN半波幅值与时间、DCEP半波幅值与时间均可独立调节。采用MCU+DSP双芯结构的变极性TIG焊电源控制系统设计方案,分析了系统的总体结构及工作原理。对系统设计中的三个关键问题(变极性电源前后两次逆变之间的协调控制、双芯之间的快速可靠通信、双芯之间的功能分配)提出了解决方案,并在对焊接过程中的众多事务进行明确的任务划分的基础上,重点讨论了控制系统的模块化设计和系统中两个CPU之间的功能分配。采用双CPU系统可以实现多任务、大信息量处理,这为提高焊机各方面的性能和焊机实现真正意义上的数字化提供了软硬件支持。 Digital variable polarity TIG welding power source is a special ac square wave welding equipment,which enables the frequency,DCEN and DCEP half-wave amplitude and time of output current to be adjusted independently by taking advantage of the real-time control function of digital system.This paper adopted the double-processor(MCU+DSP) design for the control system of variable polarity TIG welding power source,and analyzed the structure and working principle of this design.Solutions to the three key problems in the system design, namely, the coordination control of two inversions, the rapid and reliable communication between two processors, and the function allocation between two proeessors were presented.In particular,the modular design of the control system and the function allocation between two processors were discussed in more details based on the clear assignment of various tasks in the welding process.Double CPU system can handle several tasks and large amount of information at the same time,providing software and hardware support for the performance improvement and digitization of welding machine.
