摘要
应用氯丁橡胶、天然橡胶、聚氯乙烯、聚氨酷、聚乙烯及硅橡胶六种高分子材料,参照有关标准方法,采用两种不同的给样方式(固体材料、材料浸提液),按常规的培养技术进行外周血淋巴细胞培养。结果表明氯丁橡胶在一定的剂量范围具有染色体畸变,天然橡胶和聚氯乙烯见少量细胞染色体畸变。其余三种局分子材料均未见染色体畸变现象。
According to. related standard method . six polymers. such. as natural. rubber (NR) . chloroprene rubbel (CR). polyvinyl chloride (PVC) . polyurethane (PU) . polyethylene: (PE) . and silicone rubber. (SR). are used to culture the lymphocytes. from human. peripheral blood in vitro by two different pattern (solid .and .extraction. of polymers). Results showed that CR in certain. range. of. dosage caued signifcant chromsome aberration NR and PVC only produce a little aberration.. The lymphocytes cultured with the other three polymers showed chromosome aberration..
