摘要 为减少周期性巡检带来的人力和财力上的浪费,压缩维护费用及维修成本,改传统的定期修为状态修,需要提高振动分析准确性.在介绍Matlab中的小波分析模块的基础上,运用小波理论对我校自主研发的SUT-1000型MW级风电机组的采集振动数据进行分析,得到了直观的包络谱线,进而得到准确判断风力发电机组的实际工作状态.给出了可行性报告,实现了风力发电机组的在线检测功能,提高了风力发电机的运行可靠性. In order to reduce the cost of maintenance and change the periodic repair into state repair, it is necessary to improve the accuracy of vibration analysis. By introducing the wavelet analysis module of Matlab software and combining the analysis of the measured vibration signal from SUT-1000 wind turbine by the wavelet theory, the practical and accurate operating condition of the wind turbine was obtained, the applicable report was given, and the on-line inspecting function for wind turbine was realized. On the basis of practice, the operating security of the wind turbine gets improved.
