随着社会的转型,妇联工作面临社会化转型的同时也有许多的机遇。为弥补当前妇联妇女工作社会化的不足,妇联工作应在工作定位、组织形式、工作队伍建设、工作对象、工作机制、工作方法、支持体系等方面建立框架体系。构建妇联妇女工作社会化的框架体系有深远的理论和实际意义。
