浅谈妇女社会工作队伍建设——以上海市为例

妇女工作是社会工作的重要组成部分,建立一支专业的妇女社会工作队伍势在必行。推动妇女社会工作人才队伍建设,需做到以下四点:以现有妇联组织为基础,构建妇联系统社会工作者队伍;以社会招聘为主要手段,构建妇女社会工作者队伍;以社区建设为依据,构建妇女志愿者队伍;成立妇女社会工作者督导机构。

Four things must be done to promote women＇ s social work team construction： construct systematic social work team of women＇ s federation based on the present women＇ s federation ; construct female social work team by main means of social employment; construct female volunteer team supported by community construction; set up female social workers＇ supervising institutions.
