摘要
妇女权益作为人权发展的基本方面,一定的法律制度建设在其中起着非常重要的保障作用。在梳理我国妇女解放之路"法治"建设历史基础上,探索与总结妇女解放"法治"建设的现实情况,同时依据新时期需要,提出妇女解放"法治"之路的时代诉求,是很有现实意义的。
Certain legislation construction plays an important safeguard role in women＇ s right which is a fundamental aspect in human rights development. On the basis of the legilation construction of our country＇ s female liberation, to explore and summarize its present situation and propose its timely requirements are of great practical significance.
