交流接触器电参数失效时间序列预测理论研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了交流接触器的失效模式及失效机理,定性分析了失效模式下的接触电阻。研究确定静态接触电压和弹跳时间为交流接触器失效预测的电参数;结合时间序列分析和数理统计学基本理论,建立交流接触器的电接触失效预测模型。 Introduction was made to the failure modes and failure mechanism ofAC contactor and analysis on contact resistance under failure modes had been made qualitatively. Study was carried out to confirm static contact voltage and contact bouncing time as electrical parameters for failure prediction ofAC contactor. Combined time-series analysis with mathematical statistics basic theory, electrical contact failure prediction model ofAC contactor has been established.
