摘要
设计了一种基于IRMCK201芯片的交流伺服控制系统,系统主要由PIC18F4520、EPM3128A和IRMCK201芯片构成。介绍了IRMCK201的特点、功能及其寄存器配置,阐述了该伺服控制系统的工作过程及相应参数调整方法。实验表明,该系统具有较好的位置控制精度和低速运行平稳性,有很好的实用价值。
A kind ofAC servo-control system based on IRMCK201 was designed. The system was mainly composed of PIC18F4520, EPM3128A and IRMCK201, Introduction was made to characteristics and functions of IRMCK201 and its registers configuration. The working-process of the system and how to modulate the corresponding parameters of the servo-control system were described in detail. The experiment demonstrates that this system has better position-control precision, low-speed stability and very good practical value.
