为了产品出厂检验,设计了万能式断路器控制器的检测设备,给出了硬件原理图和软件流程图,该设备以工业控制计算机为核心,对各型号产品特性进行自动测试,判别产品技术指标是否符合出厂要求。该系统完成后,经过试运行达到了技术指标要求。

For product＇s ex-store inspection, open-construction circuit breaker controller test equipment was designed, giving out hard- ware principle diagram and software flowchart. The equipment taking industrial control computer as the core carried out automatic tests for various models of product＇s characteristics, judging whether the product＇s technical index was in conformity to the requirements of ex-store. After completion and test running, the system can meet the requirements of technical index.
