摘要
热双金属元件是温度继电器的核心元件,其性能的稳定性决定了温度继电器动作参数的稳定性。选用JUM型微型温度继电器中的热双金属元件进行分析试验,总结出合理的消除热双金属性元件残余应力的热稳定处理方法——稳定处理温度循环规范与周期数,以确保JUM型微型温度继电器的寿命期内动作参数的稳定性。
Thermal bimetal is the core element of temperature relay and the stability of its performance determines the stability of temperature relay action parameters. Thermal bimetal element in JUM micro temperature relay was analyzed and tested. Reasonable thermal stabilization treatment method has been summarized to eliminate residual stress of thermal bimetal element--stably treating temperature cycle regulation and cycle numbers, so as to ensure the stability of action parameters of JUM micro temperature relay within life time.
