摘要 根据某水厂生产用电情况,分析了供水电耗的影响因素,指出泵站效率、源水水位、供水管网压力以及自用水率是造成供水电耗上升的主要原因,并针对此提出在生产管理中可通过提高泵站效率、降低自用水率等措施来控制电耗值,建议在水厂设计时特别关注选址和选泵。 This paper analyzes the factors affecting the power consumption for water supply according to the power consumption in the production process of a waterworks. The results showed that the efficiency of pumping stations,the water level at the source,the pressure of water supply networks, and the rate of water consumed itself is the main reasons for the increase power consumption. Accordingly,measures are put forward to solve the problem,such as increasing the efficiency of pumping stations ,decreasing the rate of water consumed itself. And it is suggested to pay special attention to the choice of the location and pump types when we design a waterworks.
