摘要 介绍了新开发的CA4SH-LE3电控多点喷射液化石油气(LPG)发动机,给出了发动机的基本结构、性能参数,针对LPG作为发动机燃料所产生的问题,分别从发动机的压缩比选择、燃料供给系统、配气系统、电控系统的设计、冷起动措施等方面进行了研究,最后介绍了整机性能试验结果。台架试验及整车试验表明该发动机具有良好的动力性、燃油经济性和排放水平。 The paper introduces developed CA4SH-LE3 electronic controlling multi-point injection LPG engine, describes the engine construction and performance. To the problems which are emerged as using LPG fuel, the paper researches design of combustion system, fuel supplying system, air-intake distributing system, electronic controlling system, cold start methods. And the engine performance test results shows that the engine have better power performance, fuel consume and emission.
