摘要 为了解决某汽油机在台架试验中出现进气歧管断裂的问题,本文运用有限元软件ABAQUS的随机响应分析功能对进气歧管进行计算,分析原设计方案的模型,模拟出各模型因发动机振动引起的主要随机响应结果,结合实物样本的断裂情况,提出了新的改进方案,并在台架试验中得到了验证。 In order to solve the failure problem in intake manifold of a gasoline engine, which was found in the engine tests, the initial design models were analyzed with finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The displacement response of intake manifold, which excited by engine vibration, was calculated by Random Response Analysis tool in ABAQUS. According to the failure situation of the samples and calculated results, some improvement suggestions, which were proved much more reasonable in the following engine tests, were presented.
