摘要
脂肪组织能够分泌产生一系列细胞因子,通过自分泌、旁分泌、甚至通过血液循环作用于远处的靶器官,参与能量代谢及平衡,并可能参与糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化、脂肪肝等一系列肥胖相关疾病的发生。本文就脂肪细胞因子抵抗素、脂联素、瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6等脂肪细胞因子与营养代谢的关系进行综述。
Adipose tissue can secret some cytokines, which can attect alstant target organs through autocrine pamcrine even blood circulation. It can also regulate energy metabolism and balance, and may be relate to the happen of atherosclerosis, diabetes and fat liver. The thesis summarize the relationship between the cytokines such as resistin, adiponectin, letin, tumor necrosis factor- α, IL- 6 and nutrition metabolism.
