论述了复合型图书馆的含义及电子资源建设的意义、现状,并重点对现在电子资源建设存在的问题及解决的策略进行了较详尽的论述。
This paper states the meaning of hybrid library and the significance, present conditions of electronic resource, and mainly expounds the problems existed in the electronic resources construction and the countermeasures to solve them at large.
