摘要
为研制一种低能量银导爆索,从装药与直径方面进行了设计,并分析装药密度、软化处理、弯曲试验对导爆索爆速的影响。试验结果表明:所设计的导爆索直径为1.0mm,装药量为0.5g/m,爆速为5 800m/s;装药密度下降以及软化处理均使爆速降低;在相同条件下,低能量银导爆索的柔性比装纯炸药的银导爆索差。该导爆索作用可靠、爆速精度较高,可用于微秒级延时装置。
Based on booster charge determination and cord diameter design, a kind of low energy silver detonating cord is studied. And the influence of charge density, softening treatment and bend test on detonation velocity of detonating cord is analyzed. The diameter of cord is 1.0mm, the mass of charge is 0.5g/m, and the detonation velocity is 5 800m/s. With the decrease of charge density and softening treatments, the detonation velocity also decrease. The bend test show that under the same condition, the flexibility of the designed silver detonating cord is lower than that of silver detonating cord charged with pure explosives. The designed silver detonating cord has reliable action property, and the accuracy of detonation velocity is high, so it can be used to microsecond delay device.
