Causes of two typical serious traffic-accidents are analyzed based on discussion of the importance and statistical significance of case-analysis on serious traffic-accident which happened on village roads. The two main causes are lack of attention to safety and bad condition for driving. There still are many things can be improved such as supervisal on the construction of village roads, rural passenger transport, giving publicity to traffic-laws and being care about traffic-behaviors.
