The paper compares China＇s countermeasures against sports spectator violence with forelgn suitable ways, trying to study the Legislation in Anti-sports spectator Violence. The security administration punishment law could provide us with experience and the lessons on the theory＂ and practice, but its content still has the insufficiency and it operational also is worth more thinking in the concrete implementation process, still needs to consummate. We can draw many lessons from legislative experience from abroad. The most important experiment is the establishment of legislation in anti-sports spectator violence.
