科学规划、合理设计、突出特色,加快煤炭深加工的开发研究,在城南和御东新区建设多功能中心商务区,提高大同市第三产业服务水平,从而达到保护古城、建设新城、提升城市品位的目标。
Scientific planning, rational design and prominent point will change the economic development mode of Datong and speed up the exploitation and research of coal deep processing technology. In order to improve the third industry service, the multifunctional central business District area will be built in the south of city and Yudong new district, which will reach the goal of protecting old city, establishing new city and upgrading the city .
