硅泡沫中水分含量变化及其对压缩性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 使用卡尔·费休库仑法对不同配方及不同贮存环境硅泡沫材料中水分含量进行检测。利用CSS-237松弛蠕变实验机恒温、恒湿箱改变硅泡沫贮存环境,检测其水分含量并测试压缩性能,研究了不同配方硅泡沫中水分含量随环境变化关系及其对压缩性能影响。研究结果表明:硅泡沫中水分含量与环境温湿度存在动态平衡,开孔硅泡沫含水量低且受环境条件变化的影响最小;硅泡沫水分含量增加,在相同应力下其压缩最大应变变大。 Based on the principle of Karl-Fischer moisture analysis, the micro-moisture measurements of different silicon foam in different stockpile environments are conducted. The stockpile environments of silicon foams are changed through the constant temperature/moisture cabinet of CSS-237 relaxing/creeping test machine. The moisture variation of silicon foam and its effect on the mechanical performance are studied. The research results indicate that, a homeostasis exists between the micro-moisture of silicon foams and environmental humidity, and the open-cell silicon foams have less moisture and are little influenced by the environmental conditions. In the mean time, with the increasing moisture of silicon foams, its maximum compressive strain tends to rise up.
