复合氧化物CdSnO_3的合成、表征及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用化学沉淀法制备了CdSnO3粉体,XRD和TEM结果表明产物为钙钛矿型结构,为100nm左右的方块状。气敏性能测试结果表明CdSnO3气敏元件的灵敏度-温度特性曲线为火山型,灵敏度随工作温度的升高而升高,通过使用贵金属掺杂可实现钙钛矿型CdSnO3为基体的气敏元件对酒精、甲醛、硫化氢的选择性检测。 CdSnO3 nanoparticles were prepared by a chemical co-precipitation synthesis method, in which the preparation conditions were carefully controlled. The n-type gas-sensing semiconductors were obtained from the as-synthesized powders calcined at 600℃; for lh. The phase and microstructure of the obtained nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM). CdSnO3 has a small particle size of about 100 nm with cubic shape. The gas sensors fabricated by CdSnO3 nanoparticles had good sensitivity and selectivity to C2H5OH vapor, the value of gas sensitivity to 100 ppm C2H5OH gas can reach 11.2 times.
