乙烯气敏元件的研制

摘要 以溶胶-凝胶法制得SnO2纳米晶粉体,在制得的材料中加入多种掺杂剂后涂敷于旁热式陶瓷管表面制成元件进行测试,发现加入10%TiO2、1%Sb2O3和1.5%AgNO(3质量分数)的材料制成的元件在加热电流为120mA(约250℃)时对10×10-6(V/V)的乙烯气体有较高的灵敏度、较好的选择性和较快的响应恢复特性。 SnO2 nano-materials prepared by sol-gel method and then doped with some additives were painted on the heater- type ceramic tubes to make sensors for test. It is found sensors doped with 10%TiO2, 1%Sb2O3 and 1.5%AgNO3 have high sensitivity, good selectivity and rapid responsibility to 10×10^-6(VN) ethylene when the heat current is 120(250℃)mA.
