摘要
介绍了湿度传感器动态响应特性校准工作的基本原理、湿度传感器校准装置的设计及校准时应注意的问题。
The paper mainly introduces the basic principle for calibration of dynamic response from humidity sensor, and the design of the apparatus for the calibration. Finally, it brings forward the problem which should be paid attention to in the process of the calibration.
