摘要
低霜点湿度检测标准装置对于湿度的量传和国际量值比对十分重要。我们设计研制的该项湿度标准是由单压法原理构成的,采用了预饱和器加饱和器的结构,恒温槽使用二级压缩机制冷,PID温度调节方式控制,使槽温稳定,温场均匀,温度的稳定性为±0.01℃,温度不均匀性为0.02℃。该发生器具有产生湿度量值范围宽,量值稳定,准确度高等特点。在霜点温度-60℃至-20℃范围内用露点仪对该标准装置进行了湿度量值的比对测量,结果表明该标准装置量值和露点仪湿度标准在不确定度范围内是一致的。
Low Frost Point Generator (LFPG) for humidity transfer and intercomparison is very important. It consists of a single- pressure generation techniques. For preconditioning, a pre-saturator is used to bring the frost point of the inlet stream close to the saturator temperature and to assure the efficient saturation of main saturator for the LFPG. The temperature of saturator is stable within 0.01℃, and the difference between the saturator temperature and frost -point generated at the saturator outlet is less than 0.02℃. The humidity generators of our design have wide range and high accuracy. A preliminary comparison in a frost point temperature range from -60℃ to -20 ℃was carried out. For the limited range of data studied, these agree within the stated uncertainty of the generator.
