摘要 采用高效稳定的复合催化材料制作裂解器,使SF6在较低温度下裂解生成易检测的气体(SO2、HF),用灵敏度高、温湿度漂移小、寿命长的新型电化学气体传感器进行检测,并通过设计一种稳定可靠的微信号检测处理系统,将检测信号放大输出,从而实现了对SF6间接检测的目的。 By adopting an effective and stable compound catalyzer as the pyrolytic agent, SF6 is decomposed at a low temperature into gases (SO2, HF) which can be easily detected. Then with the amplification of the out signals through a reliable micro-signal detection and processing system, SF6 can be indirectly detected by a new type of electrochemical gas sensors which have high sensitivity, little drift in humidity and temperature, and long service life.
