摘要
在软件项目建设过程中,许多项目都因为迟迟不能验收导致成本超支,给软件企业带来不同程度的损失,特别是在许多中小规模的软件企业中这种现象更为普遍。作者通过多年的软件项目建设经验和多个项目收尾工作的经验,分别从软件企业管理者层面和项目组层面,提出软件项目收尾管理的关键策略和方法,希望能给读者带来一点启示和帮助。
Project ending management is what to do before finishing a project. There are many projects which can not bring profit to a software company, especially to an in miniature software company. These projects cost a lot ,we all need them to be well done. In this thesis, the key methods in Project Ending Management progress were given.
