摘要
独立学院作为我国高等教育改革的结晶,其人员构成、经费来源、经费使用等方面均不同于普通高校图书馆,如何开发利用好独立学院图书馆的人力资源,做好图书馆各项工作,正是本文探讨的重要内容。
The independent college is the result of higher education reform, its personnel composition, financial source and source of funds, usage of funds were also different from common university library. How to make full use of the human resource in independent college and how to do well various work were discussed in this paper.
