摘要
高校图书馆编目工作中刚性管理一度泛化,引入柔性管理可增加人本性、感应性和渗透性。本文从刚性管理、柔性管理的理论角度出发,探讨了高校图书馆编目工作中刚性管理存在的问题,并提出刚柔相济的管理策略,以加强编目工作管理,进一步促进其健康发展。
Rigid management has once existed widely in cataloging work in university, the introduction of flexible management may increase the people centeredness, sensibility and penetrability. This paper started from the theory of rigid management and flexible management, discussed on the existing problems of rigid management in cata- loging work in university library and proposed the management strategy of the combination of rigid management and flexible management.
