摘要
知识管理是一种科学的新型管理理念,知识服务是面向知识内容,围绕知识创新,基于专业化、个性化和综合集成的服务。本文论述了图书馆知识管理和个性化知识服务以及二者之间的关系、高职院校图书馆的职能及其个性化知识服务的特征,还提出了高职院校图书馆基于知识管理的个性化知识服务的实现措施。
Knowledge management is a new kind of scientific management. Knowledge service is a combination of service which is based on specialization and individuation, and aims at knowledge contents and knowledge creation. This article discussed knowledge management in library, individuated knowledge service and the relationship between them. It also expounded the functions of vocational college library and the characteristics of individuated knowledge service. In the mean time, it put forward measures for implementing the individuated knowledge service in vocational college library based on knowledge management.
