摘要
连锁经营是一种现代化的商业经营形式和组织形式,而目前对连锁经营竞争情报的研究近乎空白。本文通过建立竞争情报价值链模型,并结合连锁经营企业自身特点,识别出使连锁经营企业竞争情报增值的基本活动及影响其运作的辅助活动,逐一分析了它们对连锁企业获取竞争情报优势的作用。
Chain operation is a kind of modern business operational mode and organization mode. But there are few researches of competitive intelligence on the domains of chain operation at present. Through setting up the model of competitive intelligence and combining the characteristics of chain stores, this paper identifies the basic activities which add value to competitive intelligence value chain and the assistant activities which affect competitive intelligence value chain. And the paper analyzes the effects of these two activities on how the chain stores acquire the competitive intelligence advantages.
