经皮主动脉瓣置换术研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 主动脉瓣狭窄可由不同病因引起，主要分为先天性及后天性两种。先天性主动脉瓣狭窄约占主动脉瓣狭窄的2／3，占先天性心脏病的3％～6％，多发于婴幼儿和儿童，并以二尖瓣畸形较为常见。后天性主动脉瓣狭窄则以风湿性主动脉瓣狭窄较为多见，占整个主动脉瓣狭窄的30％～40％。主动脉狭窄形成后往往会造成瓣膜交界融合粘连、瓣膜钙化和硬化，导致跨瓣压力阶差增加，左心功能不全，主动脉瓣狭窄发病率及死亡率较高，
