摘要
局部进展期胃癌是指肿瘤已侵犯胃壁肌层、浆膜或浆膜外，伴或不伴区域淋巴结转移而无远处脏器转移。对此类患者，外科手术曾被认为是唯一可潜在治愈的手段，但遗憾的是，有近50．0％的患者无法行根治性切除术（R0切除术），而即使是施行了R0切除术，仍有54％的患者局部或区域复发，单纯局部复发率达22．9％，5年总生存率不超过40．0％。因此，为提高R0切除率和降低局部或区域复发率，
