急诊中西医结合综合治疗蛇咬伤428例临床疗效分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨急诊中西医结合综合治疗蛇咬伤的具体方式及其疗效。方法回顾分析1998年6月至2007年10月收治的428例蛇咬伤患者病例资料,横、纵向对比中西医结合综合治疗蛇咬伤较单一方法(单纯中医或单纯西医)治疗的临床效果。结果中西医结合综合治疗较单一方法治疗效果明显提高,并大大缩短病程,较好地避免了肾功能衰竭等并发症的发生。结论中西医结合治疗较单一方法治疗更完善,效果更明显,能有效减轻毒素对内部脏器的损害,从而缩短病程,减少患者痛苦。 Objective To discuss the procedure of integrated traditional and western medicine therapy of snake bite and compare the effect of the procedure with the single method in emergency medicine. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of the snake bite cases from June 1998 to Oct 2007 of the emergency department of Xinqiao Hospital,and then the effect of integrated traditional and western medicine therapy and the single method was compared and analyzed. Results The integrated traditional and western medicine therapy was more effective than the single method, and significantly shortened the course of disease and avoided renal failure and other complications. Conclusion The integrated traditional and western medicine is more effective and complete than either tranditional medecine or western medicine, and it can lessen the toxin induced lesion to the organs, shorten the course of disease and relieve the patients' pain.
