中毒患者信息数据库的建立及其临床意义

Establishment of the medical information database for emergency poisoning patients and its clinical significance

目的提高急救危重病领域中毒患者各项信息数据管理的质量和工作效率,使信息管理科学化、规范化。方法应用Microsoft Office2000组件中的Access2000完成数据库的构建并进行中毒患者信息数据的录入、保存、检索查询和数理统计等工作。结果成功构建中毒患者信息数据库并系统、规范地收集了急救部2007年173例各类中毒患者信息,在数据保存、检索查询和数据统计等方面发挥了重要作用。结论应用Access2000数据库开发的中毒患者信息数据库系统具有简便易用、安全可靠、维护方便、有较强的通用性和一定拓展移植性等特点,大大提高了工作效率;应用Access2000建立数据管理系统是目前最简单实用的方法之一,适合医疗系统许多专科项目开发使用。

Objective To raise the quality and efficiency of the management of medical information in emergency poisoning patients and make it more scientific and standard. Methods The emergency poisoning patients database was constructed by applying Microsoft Office2000 software component Access2000, then all information data record, conservation, searching, and mathematically statistical analysis were carried out. Results The emergency poisoning patients database was successfully constructed, and clinical data of 173 emergency poisoning patients was collected systematically and standardly, which played an important role in data conser- vation,searching,and mathematically statistical analysis. Conclusion The emergency poisoning patients database is characteristics of convenience,safety,feasibility,and versatility,can be applied in other fields. It can obviously raise the quanlity and efficiency of the management of medical information.
