重度有机磷中毒伴呼吸衰竭患者行机械通气治疗研究

Research on mechanical ventilation in treatment of the patients with respiratory failure complicated by severe organophosphorous pesticide poisoning

目的总结重度有机磷中毒伴呼吸衰竭患者行机械通气治疗的成功护理经验。方法回顾性分析中心ICU 2003年1月至2007年5月救治的25例有机磷中毒伴呼吸衰竭患者行机械通气治疗的临床资料。结果25例中好转、成功撤机或治愈24例;经全力救治无效死亡1例。结论采用恰当的心理护理方法,精心的人工气道和呼吸机护理是机械通气成功救治重度有机磷中毒伴呼吸衰竭患者的关键。

Objective To summarize the successful nursing experiences on nursing of mechanical ventilation in treatment of the patients with respiratory failure complicated by severe organophosphorous pesticide poisoning. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 25 patients with respiratory failure complicated by severe organophosphorous pesticide poisoning receiving mechanical ventilation in our ICU center from Jan 2003 to May 2007. Results Twenty-four cases of the patients with re- spiratory failure due to severe organophosphorous pesticide poisoning got better or recovery, or weaned from the mechanical ventilation successfully. One case died after all-out effort. Conclusion Proper mental nursing,careful artificial airway and ventilator nurs ing play a key role in mechanical ventilation in successful treatment of patients with respiratory failure due to severe organophosphorous pesticide poisoning.
