数字式多功能外伤清洗机冲洗压力范围的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的确立数字式多功能外伤清洗机各种喷淋形式的最佳冲洗压力范围。方法选用2~3kg家兔建立浅Ⅱ度烫伤模型、切割伤模型、撕脱伤模型,用大肠杆菌污染创面,10min后分别采用适当喷淋形式冲洗伤口,冲洗后进行伤口大体观察,并取材涂片计数细菌及组织学检查有无二次创伤。结果各种喷淋形式最适合压力范围分别为:莲蓬状水流0.220~0.350MPa,柱状水流0.130~0.250MPa,扁平状水流0.250~0.350MPa,雾状水流0.140~0.300MPa。结论数字式多功能外伤清洗机在适当压力范围内清除细菌及伤口碎屑、碎片或异物的作用更显著,而不损伤正常组织。 Objective To establish the optimal pressure range of digital multifunction trauma rinser (DMTR). Methods Rabbits weighing 2--3 kg were recruited to mimic wounds including superficial second degree scald, concis and avulsed wound, then contamination with Bacillus coli was followed. Irrigating using DMTR was performed in 10 minutes. After evaluating the cleanness of the wounds,bacteria counts in wound were performed through smear method. To judge whether there was concomitant injury or sencond insult,histological examination was done as well. Results Individual appropriate pressure range of sprayers of DMTR was as follows., shower jet 0. 220- 0. 350Mpa; columnar jet 0. 130- 0. 250Mpa; flat jet 0. 250- 0. 350Mpa; pulverization jet 0. 140- 0. 300MPa. Conclusion Irrigating with DMTR in appropriate pressure range can obviously remove germs, fragments and foreign bodies in wound without injurying the normal tissue.
