Gear Transmission Reliability Analysis and Improvement of Glass Edge Roller

针对紧凑型拉边机传动齿轮时有失效的情况,运用模糊可靠性设计理论对齿轮的强度进行分析研究,找出了齿轮接触疲劳强度可靠度不足而失效的原因,并提出了解决问题的措施,为建材设备的定期检查和维修提供了有利依据。

To counter the case which edge roller gear transmission lost efficacy, fuzzy reliability design theory was applied to analyze it. The reason of gear transmission losing efficacy was found that its reliability was not enough and a solution of the problem was presented relevantly. It supplied basis for regular service construct material equipment.
