超声心动图诊断主动脉夹层的价值

Diagnostic value of echocardiography for aortic dissection

目的:探讨经胸超声心动图(TTE)诊断主动脉夹层(AD)的价值。方法:27例主动脉夹层(AD)患者作超声心动图检查,同时作了螺旋CT(SP-CT)、磁共振影像(MR I)、DSA检查证实为主动脉夹层。结果:TTE诊断主动脉夹层准确率为81.5%,有较高准确率。结论:TTE作为一种方便、无创的检查方法对于AD来说为首选的方法,尤其对AD并发症如主动脉瓣反流及少量心包积液,具有很高临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the value of transthoracie echocardiography （TIE） in diagnosing aortic dissection （AD）. Method Twenty - seven patients with AD were studied by TIE and were verified by spiral CT （ SP - CT）, magnetic resonance imaging （MR1） and DSA. Results The coincidence rate of TEE was 81.5% in diagnosing AD. Conclusion TTE is useful, convenient, and noninvasire as the first diagnostic modality for suspected AD. TTE could better show the aortic regurgitation, little pericardial effusion than SP - CT and MRI, and has greatly value for clinical application.
