摘要
在催化剂存在下,以二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为AB2单体,将超支化聚酯接枝于纳米SiO2粒子表面,并用IR、TG、元素分析等表征其结构。结合TG和元素分析得出,SiO2表面氨基含量为1.97mmol/g,超支化聚酯接枝率为12.7,SiO2表面接枝的DMPA质量为1.09mmol/g。接枝改性后的SiO2在水中有很好的分散性,且分散稳定性明显优于未改性SiO2。
A nano sized-SiO2 was grafted with hyperpranched polyester with di-methylol propionic acid as AB2 monomer in the present of catalyst. The structures were characterized by FTIR, TG and elemental analysis. It showed that grafting level of NH2 was 1. 97mmol/g, and the grafting level of hyperpranched polyester for this reaction was 12. 7%. The amount of DMPA introduced onto the silica surface was 1. 09 mmol/g (bare silica), as determined by TG and elemental (nitrogen) analysis. The modified silica had good water dispersion, and the stability of dispersion was better than that of bare silica.
