摘要 针对梧风楼钨铁矿近4年来浅孔留矿法的开采实践,面对矿房局部矿岩破碎,因地制宜,探索出无底柱结构和有底柱结构并存的方案。底部结构采用漏斗型放矿溜槽附加局部无底柱出矿的形式,即经济又可行。开采方案打破传统的矿房、矿柱的界限,同时采用后退式蹬渣开采方式。根据现场实际将矿体中的夹石和贫矿随机地留作永久矿柱,既有效地提高了采矿回收率、降低了矿石的贫化率,又解决了矿柱回采难的技术问题。通过一年的实践,矿房开采运行良好并取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。 According to the mining practice of Wufenglou tungsten-iron ore that used shallow-hole shrinkage method in the past four years, facing partial mine fragmentation, adaptation to local conditions, we explore a plan that non-pillar structure coexistes with pillar structure in the mining. Floor pillar structure uses funnel type running chute supplemented with the form of partial non-pillar ore drawing, economical and feasible. The mining scheme break the line of traditional pillar and traditional room, meanwhile by using the retrograde style slag mining method. The actual scene of the ore body with stone and lean ore reserved for permanent pillar randomly, it improved the mining recovery , reduced the poverty rate of ore effectively, and resolved the technical problems of the difficult of recovery pillar. The result is well proofed by the practice of ore mining in the past year, we obtain the benefits of economic and social.
