蚌埠市企业知识产权工作起步较早,虽然已经打下了良好的基础,并得到了业界的一致肯定,但蚌埠市的经济实力、科技水平、自主知识产权竞争能力与经济发达地区相比仍然存在较大差距。企业专利工作相对比较落后。本文通过对蚌埠市企业知识产权工作现状,存在问题以及如何进一步完善蚌埠市企业知识产权工作进行了初步探讨。希望能引起有关方面重视,使蚌埠市企业知识产权工作再上新台阶,以推动自主创新和促进经济发展。

The work of enterprise intellectual property of Bengbu had fallen behind correspondingly because of the gap between Bengbu city and developed region on economic strength, s/t level and self - owned intellectual property competitiveness although it had an early start and held well bases as well as was confirmed in trade. This paper discusses the current working situation, existing problems and perfect measures of enterprise intellectual property of Bengbu in hope to attract more attention from the parties concerned so as to make the work to a higher level then push independent innovation and economic development.
