摘要
采用CO2超临界流体法提取大豆中异黄酮类成分。在单因素实验的基础上,利用均匀设计法考察萃取压力、萃取时间、萃取温度及药材粒度等4因素对大豆异黄酮提取率的影响,确定了CO2超临界流体法提取大豆异黄酮的最佳工艺为萃取压力45 MPa、萃取温度50℃、萃取时间4 h、药材粒度40目,在此工艺条件下进行实验,大豆异黄酮的提取率为(0.361±0.012)%。
A supercritical CO2 fluid extraction (SFE) method was developed to extract isoflavone. A uniform design was used to investigate the effect of the extraction pressure, extraction time, extraction temperature, and medicinal materials granularity on isoflavone extraction efficiency. The optimum conditions of extraction were as follows: 45 MPa extraction pressure, 50 ℃ extraction temperature, 4 h extraction time, 40 eyes medicinal materials granularity, and the extraction efficiency was (0. 361±0. 012)%.
