安溪茶农茶叶生产效率分析

Production Efficiency Analysis of Tea about Anxi Tea Grower

基于福建省安溪县茶叶生产的调研数据,运用数据包络分析法(DEA)测算安溪茶叶生产效率,得出安溪茶叶生产总体效率不高,技术有效性有待于进一步提高,经营规模偏小、资源浪费严重等结论,提出科技兴茶、建立生产效率信息平台、加快茶园流转体制改革等建议。

The productivity efficiency is the important factor of tea output, because the area of tea garden is difficult to increase. Basing on the research data of tea production, the paper uses the method of DEA to estimate the productivity efficiency of Anxi tea. It shows that the overall productivity efficiency still at low level, the technological validity is remain to be improved more over, the operational scale is small and the wasting of resource is serious and so on, then put forward some advices such as promoting tea industry by science and technology, setting information platform about production efficiency, speeding up innovation of circulation system about tea plantation and so on.
