摘要
新兴铸管厂2#高炉,初次加载采用微型桩基础增大承台面积,形成了结构复杂的基础型式;再次加载受环境条件限制,经综合分析,采用简支结构的墙式托换技术对地基进行处理。这样不仅满足了高炉改造对地基承载力及其变形的要求,而且基础整体性增强,刚度加大,满足了高炉增载对基础稳定性的要求。高炉大幅度增载后正常运转情况表明,托换设计和施工是成功的,其经验为今后类似工程设计提供了有益的借鉴。
Micro-pile foundation is adopted to enlarge bearing platform area when first increasing load on 2^# blast furnace of Xinxing Casting Pipe Plant, so foundation with complex structure is formed; when applying second increasing load, because of environmental limitation, underpinning technology with simply-supported structure is adopted to foundation treatment. It not only meets the requirements of blast furnace transformation to bearing capacity of foundation and its deformation, but also integrity of foundation is reinforced and rigidity in- creased, and meets blast furnace with increasing load to stability of foundation. Normal operation of blast furnace with increasing load shows underpinning design and construction is successful, it provides beneficial reference for similar engineering design in the future.
