摘要
在新经济形势下,企业的市场营销环境发生了巨大变化。通过分析传统营销模式的弊端和营销变革的分析原因,从信息化营销、知识管理系统、关系营销、文化营销及全员服务营销5个方面论述了营销创新策略的重要性、特色及模式,以便把握企业营销发展的必然趋势。
In the new economic situation, corporate marketing environment has undergone tremendous changes. The article analyzes the shortcomings of traditional marketing model and the reasons of development, and discusses the importance of marketing strategies and innovative characteristics, from marketing information and knowledge management systems, relationship marketing, cultural marketing and full service marketing, in order to reveal the inexorable trend of marketing development.
