摘要
蒙古马奶经过硫酸铵沉淀，乳清蛋白脱盐，DEAE—SephadexA—25，SephadexG—100，CM—Sephadex—25柱色层分离得到马奶溶菌酶。以SDS─聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法检验其纯度。
Equine lysozyme was-prepared from pooled milk of Mongolian mares. The Whey protein was desalted, applied to column of DEAE-Sephadex A-25, Sephadex G100, and CM-Sephadex-25. The prepared iysozyme was examined by bacteriolysis test and in SDS-poly-acrylamide gel electrophoresis.
