中国生态文明建设中的问题与对策研究——以云南淡水湖泊的治理为例

Problems and Countermeasures in China's Ecological Civilization Construction——A Case Study of Pollution and Control of Fresh Water Lakes in Yunnan Province

加快我国生态文明建设是中国建设和谐社会的必然抉择,也是中国从工业文明向生态文明转型、实现可持续发展的必然要求。然而,必须认识到,由于生态文明是一个复杂的社会系统建构进程,同时,也由于中国经济社会发展的特殊性,生态文明建设的任务极为艰巨。本文从具体分析云南九大淡水湖泊的污染与治理进程入手,揭示了我国尤其是西部民族地区生态文明建设的问题和困难,在此基础上探索化解矛盾的对策与路径。

It is not only an inevitable choice for China to speed up the process of ecological civilization construction, but a requirement of China＇s transition from industrial civilization to ecological civilization for the sake of sustainable development. However, it must be recognized that ecological civilization construction, the establishment of a complex social system, is extremely difficult for the particularity of China＇s economic and social development. This paper, beginning from the introduction to the pollution and control of fresh water lakes in Yunnan Province, reveals the problems in ecological civilization construction in the western area and explores the countermeasures.
