法学研究生教育国际化的路径选择——以墨尔本大学法学院为例

The Approach of Internationalization of the Legal Graduate Education——Take the Melbourne Law School as an Example

作为高等教育国际化的亲历者,笔者以墨尔本大学法学院的研究生教育为例,探讨了研究生教育国际化的实现路径与前置条件,并认为国际化不是一个口号,不应该仅仅停留在理念探讨层面,而是应该研究国际化得以实现的技术基础和制度安排.

As an experience owner of the internationalization of legal graduate education, the article analyzed the premises of the internationalization of graduate education by taking Melbourne Law School as an example. The article emphasized that ＂internationalization＂ should not be a slogan; the question related to how to realize the internationalization by improving the educational institutional setting and fundamental communicative ability of the students should be well concerned.
