沸石固定化细胞处理农村生活污水中磷的效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用从农村生活污水中筛选、驯化的高效菌SHJ-1,以沸石为载体进行固定化,研究了固定化细胞的降解特性。实验表明采用菌体附着载体生长的方法来制备固定化细胞是可行的。沸石固定化细胞去除磷受温度、pH值、生物沸石投加量和接触时间的影响,其中温度是最显著因子,最优条件为温度30℃,pH值8,接触时间60 min,生物沸石投加量15 g/L,则磷去除率为89.90%。 Using the SHJ-1 pseudomonas isolated and domesticated from rural domestic sewage and immobilizing it with zeolite as carrier, the biodegradation characteristics of immobilized cells is studied in this paper. The results show that the method, in which the immobilized cells are produced through bacterium growing on the carrier, is feasible. The effect of immobilized cells with zeolite for phosphorus treatment is affected by temperature, pH value, dosage and contact time, especially temperature. The optimal condi tion is that the zeolite dosage is 15 g/L, the temperature is 30℃, the pH value is 8, the contact time is 60 minutes. Under the above condition, the ratio of phosphorus removal is 89.90%.
