农村籍国防生思想状况分析及其引导策略

The Analysis of Country National Defence Students' Ideologies and its Education Strategy

据不完全统计,在普通高校国防生中来自农村的国防生已经超过半数,不少院校的农村籍国防生比例高达70%多。农村籍国防生是个特殊且重要的群体。通过调查,了解和掌握这类国防生的入伍动机、价值取向、政治素养、性格特征等思想状况,认真研究和分析其思想变化的特点和规律并寻求教育引导对策,为进一步加强和改进高校国防生的思想政治教育工作提供参考。

As far as incompletely statistic, more than half of national defence students come from country. In some colleges the number exceed to 70%. The colony of country national defence students is a special and important colony. Through investigation, we knew the country national defence students＇ motivations of entering the service, value preferences, political accomplishments, characters etc. We also researched and analyzed the characteristics and rule of their ideological diversification in order to find out the ideological education strategy and to provide experience of strengthening and ameliorating the ideologicalpolitical education of National Defence Students.
